Shipping Policy

All shipping costs are calculated in real time. Ginseng Health Store will prepare and ship all orders in a manner that is safe for the products so our customers can enjoy their products without the hassle of returning damaged goods. If for any reason products are damaged in the shipping process the Ginseng Health Store will reship the order. For reshipment customers must return damaged goods in its entirety at thier own expense. Once your return is receive we will ship the your order with no further cost to the customer. We want our customers to be satisfied with our excellent customer service.
